REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Standard items

You can return any non-personalized item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item needs to be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is covered by you, the customer.

Personalized or made-to-order items

These aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns, only for defects, since they're made specifically for you.

Refunds

Since payment is made by cash on delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account you provide, within 14 business days of us receiving your returned item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
