Orders within Moldova are paid in cash on delivery. The courier collects the amount in Moldovan lei (MDL) at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 20 MDL. International orders are paid in euro through PayPal. All prices on the site are in euro and include all taxes.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number, the items, the price and a copy of our Terms. 
Your order is confirmed once that email reaches you.

If your order has been processed and / or delivered to you, you may get in contact with us thru our Contact Us page. We will get in touch personally as soon as possible.

Many pieces can be made to order or personalised, for example with engraving, initials or custom sizing. Tell us what you have in mind through the contact form (choose “Personalisation”) from the Contact Us page. We confirm the exact production time when we confirm your order. 

Because personalised items are made just for you, they can only be returned if they are defective.
